Are the items in the Catalogue in stock?

If it's a Flojet product, we say 'yes' with confidence because we hold large stocks of Flojet products at all times. A stock position, updated every 2 working hours, is displayed against each product listed in the catalogue.

We also hold substantial stocks of many of the other products shown or mentioned on this site.  If you can't find what you are looking for, contact us .  We may still be able to help.

We will acknowledge your order by e-mail

If any item is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know by e-mail when we receive your order.

Mistakes

If the mistake is ours, we will put it right promptly at our expense. If the mistake is not ours, we will do our best, with your co-operation, to put it right at minimal cost to you.

If we state a price incorrectly

We check our Catalogue carefully for mistakes before we publish it. Occasionally a price may be stated incorrectly. As a matter of goodwill, we will do our best to meet orders at the price stated in our Catalogue at the time of ordering. We reserve the right not to accept any order placed at an incorrect price, and we remind customers that prices and specifications are subject to alteration without notice.
